While some features are good. Your singular home pkge should offer a bit more to earn five star rating. I rated just 4 stars. Erasing feature is a must to easily remove already written info, comes to mind.....

The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

Good for quick edits and Esigs
PDF filler has helped me edit pdf's for clients, some clients want quick edits, and this program makes it very easy to do so.
I like that it is quick, simple, and functional. When you draft up a pdf to be E-signed and edited you can't ask for much more.
There's honestly not too much to dislike, they could use a UI overhaul as it feels outdated, I wish that it was free to use.

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm

How do you write an amendment to a lease?

Registration at Land Registry constitutes notice of the lease to all parties and for all purposes. If the lease is not registered, it follows that this notice is not given. The consequence of this is that a landlord may not be able to recover unpaid rent from the guarantor if the tenant fails to pay.
Is it mandatory to register a lease agreement?
According to the Registration Act, 1908, lease agreement registration is mandatory if the leasing period is 12 months or more than that. If a rent agreement is registered then it is also mandatory to pay registration fee and stamp duty.
Do lease agreements need to be registered?
Advocates & Consultants, every lease agreement should be registered because only then it can be used as evidence in the court in case of any litigation. However, as per Section 17 of the Registration Act 1908, it is compulsory to get the agreement registered only if the lease period is more than 11 months.
Is unregistered lease agreement valid?
Any rental agreement unregistered is valid only for 3 years, and it is a valid document to initiate any legal action against the tenant, and registration is optional. “ Any rental agreement for a period beyond one year is to be registered, and it is not three years. Rent control act differs and not the Registration act.
