My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

PDF filler has replaced my Adobe Acrobat because of how easy it is to use and it's functions that match my business model. The unlimited filler links are extremely helpful for my clients. Everything made my experience wonderful easy to use very informative with finding things its actually very basic yet so complex it offers everything i need all in one and it is hassle free when trying to locate certain tools I love it

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

What do you like best?
OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? I recommend it to everyone who needs to edit, rearrange and send PDFs.
What do you dislike?
I don’t really dislike anything, maybe I would like the notarize option to let you do multiple signatures/ persons in the same document
