Store a copy of your transcript in your account The transcript stored in your Parchment account will not update automatically, so you would need to request to have the latest version of your transcript delivered to your Parchment account. To access your stored transcript: 1. Log in to Parchment.com.
Log in to Parchment.com. 2. Click Transcripts. Click Track and you will see the status of your transcript request.
Please remember that institutions can take 4-6 weeks to process incoming transcripts and make the necessary entries in their computer systems. During this time, your school may not be able to confirm that they received your transcript.
Contact your school district. If you have graduated recently from a public school, your records will likely be stored at your local school district office or county board of education. Depending on your school, you may be able to request your transcripts online, over the phone, or through the mail.
Parchment charges institutions for the outsourced transcript processing. And students typically pay a small amount -- ranging from $3 to $10 -- to institutions to have digital transcripts distributed, printed and mailed. Colleges often use that revenue to help offset the Parchment fee.
