What do you like best?
I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.
What do you dislike?
There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One thing is able to save on paper!!!

Great program and awesome customer service This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. PDF Filler is a great tool for me and my business. However, more fonts would be nice rather than the few that are available, around 10 or so. Also, if I can use art as a watermark instead of just script, that would be amazing. Otherwise, PDFFiller gets the job well done.
