I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. It's too early to comment about my experience. I started using this software today. Whatever I work I did today . with the software was a satisfactory. I need to try many other features and train myself using this software, before I can comment about my overall satisfaction.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

I`m using Adobe and pdf filler. I find pdf filler easier to use for marking up docs etc which is all I have used it for so far. I am interested in learning more functionalities.

Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!
