Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

Select all the cells where you want the formatting -- range A2:C9. On the Ribbon's Home tab, click Conditional Formatting, then click New Rule. Click Use a Formula to Determine Which Cells to Format. For the formula, enter: =FORMULA(A2) Click the Format button.
Select all the cells for which you want to apply the formatting: Go to the Home tab and click Conditional Formatting > New Rule Select Use a formula to determine which cells to format and paste the formula that you just created. Click the Format button and choose the desired look for the cells. Test it out:
Select the range A1:A10. On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Conditional Formatting. Click Highlight Cells Rules, Greater Than. Enter the value 80 and select a formatting style. Click OK. Result. Excel highlights the cells that are greater than 80. Change the value of cell A1 to 81.
Step 2: Click the cell for which you wish to view the current format. Step 3: Click the Home tab at the top of the window. Step 4: Locate the drop-down menu at the top of the Number section in the ribbon. The value shown in the drop-down is the current format for your cell.
