I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

I've been using this for my online math course worksheets and this has been so helpful. It's easy to type and draw, editing isn't annoying, and the color palate is easy on the eyes.

Can you add to highlights without adding to story?
In other words, if you want to add an image to Highlight, it will be seen by everyone first. Sometimes we want to add Instagram Highlights without putting it up as our Story or without anyone seeing it. Unfortunately, there is no way to do that directly. However, you can achieve this by a workaround.
