I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!

My QuickBooks won't let me print W2's unless I sign up for their payroll service. We have 2 employees! Not worth the expense! With PDFfiller, I was able to print W2's for much more reasonable price!

What do you like best?
I think, best side of this product is variety of tools for updating, signing and sharing my papers.
What do you dislike?
First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a freelance worker, I must use papers for completing contracts, bills and etc.

Their customer service is great Their customer service is great. They take you seriously and reply with grace and find solutions for you efficiently. A good all rounder for filling pdfs and signing forms pdfFiller is a useful tool that lets me fill, sign and send client contracts I like being able to add text to pdf forms, then email,download or print the completed forms I have to be honest, it's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to
