I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!

My QuickBooks won't let me print W2's unless I sign up for their payroll service. We have 2 employees! Not worth the expense! With PDFfiller, I was able to print W2's for much more reasonable price!

It could be a little more user friendly. If I did not have the experience with computers that I have I would have just quit. But I got the job done as needed

Their customer service is great
Their customer service is great. They take you seriously and reply with grace and find solutions for you efficiently.
PDF filler is easy to use and a great tool for me who is using it constantly to merge files and reduce them to a smaller size. Especially useful for anyone applying for jobs and need to have everything in one document.

A good all rounder for filling pdfs and signing forms
pdfFiller is a useful tool that lets me fill, sign and send client contracts
I like being able to add text to pdf forms, then email,download or print the completed forms
I have to be honest, it's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to
