It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

Love it I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues. Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking. The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Standard Term Leases, 3 to 5 Years Usually between 3 and 5 years in length, standard term leases are a compromise in flexibility and predictability between their short and long-term counterparts.
A lease is a contract outlining the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. It guarantees the lessee, also known as the tenant, use of an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments for a specified period in exchange.
Among the states that require written leases, valid ones must include a description of the property. The property's physical address is considered a valid description. Leases must include starting and ending dates. Additionally, a lease must include the amount of rent that is due.
A lease is typically for a specific term for a specific total amount of money. For example, a 12-month lease at $1000/month, is a lease for $12,000 at term. If you break the lease after 7 months, you would still owe the landlord $5000. A month-to-month lease at $1000/month is simply that. A lease for a total of $1000.
A fixed-term lease is a type of rental agreement in which the renter agrees to stay and pay rent for the period of time indicated in the written contract.
Usually between 3 and 5 years in length, standard term leases are a compromise in flexibility and predictability between their short and long-term counterparts. However, unlike the narrow scope of negotiated lease terms in shorter contracts, tenants that elect standard leases at least have some perks available to them.
It can be from one to many pages, but in general, a lease defines exactly how long you'll be renting the apartment (six months, one year, two years and so on) and exactly how much money you'll pay in rent each month (and on what day). ... Both the landlord and the tenant benefit from a lease.
Even the standard residential lease agreement from California Association of Realtor is only 5-7 pages.
The average lease term is 12 months. A few leases are available for 24 months. Short term leases are usually 6 months, but sometime 1 month leases may be available.
In the NFC, where the rental of the property is for three years or less, it is referred to as a tenancy. A tenancy for three years is exempt from registration. On the other hand, a rental for a period of more than three years is a lease and the law provides for it to be registered.
