It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Now, we just work with this weeks form and it doesn't matter if they change the layout! Perfect- no more time wasting with forms!
