What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Excellent Product The product is offering me the ability to execute contracts/agreements on the fly no matter where I am. When traveling and a signature is required for contract execution, time is critical to completing the deal. PDFiller allows me to do that. PDFiller is simply the easiest and most useful product in its category. Simple to use and very user friendly. Honestly, it has done everything I have needed to for the past 3 years. If I had to say something, I would say maybe an easier way to save and send. But, that would be pushing it.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. What do you like best? I like that I can edit text and pdfFiller will try and match the font closely, and I also find the Erase function very valuable. The entire tool is easy to use and makes my life much easier. What do you dislike? I have not found any downsides to using pdfFiller :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pdfFiller to easily edit resumes in PDF format. It saves me tons of time, because I don't have to request .DOC versions or try to painfully convert PDFs into an easier to deal with format.
