it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

Easy to use
Easy to use, has lots of cool features and tools. Gives you complete control and edit capability of docs. Love that you can access it anywhere via web browser and doesn't require software install.

How do you write numbers in transcription?
It should be remembered that numbers zero to nine must be written out. For example, zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and nine. When the numbers reach double figures, they should be written as numerals. For example, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 50, 100, and so on.

What is timestamping format?
In audio transcription, time stamping refers to aligning the transcript's texts to the recording by inserting timestamps at specific intervals. It is usually an add-on service designed to add value to transcripts, particularly to various types of market research transcriptions.
How does a timestamp work?
A timestamp is the current time of an event that is recorded by a computer. Through mechanisms such as the Network Time Protocol (NTP), a computer maintains accurate current time, calibrated to minute fractions of a second.
How does time stamping every two minutes look like?
Periodic timestamps appear at a consistent frequency. They can appear for every 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 2 minutes. 3) If a client requests timestamping every two minutes, how would it look?
Do you use punctuation in transcription?
Basic Punctuation (periods, capital letters, etc.) At the most basic level, you need to use appropriate punctuation, even in verbatim transcription. Do you use quotation marks when transcribing?
Let's begin with quotation marks. We use them to quote material cited or read into the record. The Oxford Dictionary guide suggests using a colon followed by a single inverted comma, or quotation mark.
How do you punctuate an interview?
To punctuate, put a terminal punctuation period, question mark, or exclamation point at the end of the first paragraph. There is no closing quotation mark at the end of this paragraph. Begin the next paragraph with an opening quotation mark. Follow this pattern for as long as the dialogue and paragraphs continue.
