I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

This program has great functionality
This program has great functionality for myself and my team and they have excellent customer service. I switched to PDF filler nearly two years ago and have never looked back.

PDF editor that does the job.
It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.
