What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

I had some slight issues on my 1st… I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

Easy to Use It's kind of a time saver in the end with not have to use the typewriter or hand write them, would be easier though if you didn't have type each form, if they are the same it should copy the data onto each one. I liked that I didn't have to pull out (yes it's a dinosaur) typewriter to fill out my 1099's every year any more once I found this program online. I can also use it for other forms as well. I don't like that you have to retype each 1099 for each copy of the form, it should carry them forward to each copy and you just review them for differences.

It's alright I used it to complete a PDF, the only one that let me do it. I could complete a PDF I needed but that was for a game of Dungeons and Dragons that was done online as recreation with fellow students. I just tried the free trial and those things were kind of lacking but that's to be expected, nothing else though.

Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!

Essential Deed Elements The granter must have legal capacity to transfer the property and the grantee must be capable of receiving the grant of the property. The deed must be legally delivered to the grantee or to someone acting on the grantee's behalf. The deed must be accepted by the grantee.
A deed executed in blank, without designation of a grantee, is also void. In contrast, if the title is voidable, the granter can choose to rescind the deed against the grantee, but title may be enforced by a bona fide purchaser. For example, a deed is voidable if it was obtained by fraud in the inducement.
The law treats a forged deed as if the deed never existed. Unlike fraudulent documents that are not forged which are voidable at the option of a defrauded party, and therefore valid if the defrauded parties do not choose that option forged deed is void from the start, and cannot ever be revived, the Court ruled.
If a deed is to have any validity, it must be made voluntarily. If FRAUD is committed by either the granter or grantee, a deed can be declared invalid. For example, a deed that is a forgery is completely ineffective. The exercise of UNDUE INFLUENCE also ordinarily serves to invalidate a deed.
Generally speaking, no. Once a quit claim deed has been completed and filed with the County Clerk's Office, the title will officially pass from the granter to the grantee. The only way to reverse a quit claim deed is to go to court and prove that the granter was forced to sign the document under duress.
Contrary to normal expectations, the Deed DOES NOT have to be recorded to be effective or to show delivery, and because of that, the Deed DOES NOT have to be signed in front of a Notary Public. However, if you plan to record it, then it does have to be notarized as that is a County Recorder requirement.
List the names of the parties involved. Write, for example, [Granter's Name and address], as Granter, conveys to [Grantee's Name and address], as Grantee, the property described below by [list the type of deed]. Describe the land. Use the land's street address, plot number, and the metes and bounds of the land.
Select which type of deed you wish to provide the buyer. Create a transfer document that contains the deed transfer date and the legal names of the granter and grantee, usually the seller and buyer respectively. Add the property's physical address and subdivision or the full legal description if you know it.
