It's hard to type in correct order was item is erased. and the eraser is shaky wiping out what I don't want. Over all for a new coming like me it's OK. Just knew how to handle better. Thanks.

They have a good product but I'm not in… They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

The Equal Pay Act (EPA) and Title VII make it illegal to discriminate based on sex in the payment of wages or benefits. A violation of the EPA may occur where a different wage is or was paid to a person who worked in the same job before or after an employee of the opposite sex.
Equal pay is your entitlement to the same wage as someone doing work of equal value to you, the same or broadly similar work as you or work rated as of equivalent value by a job evaluation study. This is often, but not exclusively, a gender issue. Women are sometimes paid less than men for doing the same work.
You are entitled to the same pay as anyone doing the same or broadly similar job, or a job of equal value, regardless of gender. There are strict time limits on when you can lodge a claim. If your employer is not treating you equally, they are breaking the law.
Don't act out of immediate anger. I know what you're thinking: Duh. Don't mention specific names or salaries. Don't come unprepared with market data. Don't take 'no' for an answer. Don't stay at the company out of fear.
Do: work out why this has happened. Don't: act in haste. Do: be calm. Don't: get angry with your colleague. Do: research. Don't: tell your boss that he or she can pay you more or stick the job. Do: talk to trusted professionals. Don't: disses your colleague.
Some employees make more than their colleagues simply because they are more assertive in requesting salary increases. In fact, many employees begin working for companies at higher salaries than their colleagues because they negotiated a higher level of compensation during the interview process.
When employers offer flex pay based on production, workers who produce more will receive higher wages. A similar situation occurs when an employer offers overtime or holiday pay. Workers who put in more hours at the higher rate receive higher wages than those who continue to work a standard schedule.
