I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Easy to upload specific documents for editing.
When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.
