It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Found that out when I clicked "done" and suddenly the prices came up. Very confusing way to do business.

Made my work easier and accomplish more faster.
This made work faster in filling some extensive forms. I love the way that its take you through all the blanks, so you don't miss them.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "

Do load bearing walls need footings?
All exterior walls and interior load-bearing walls should be supported on reinforced concrete strip footings. Interior walls may be supported by thickening the slab under the wall and suitably reinforcing it. The foundations should generally be located on a layer of soil or rock with good bearing characteristics.
Do non load bearing walls need footings?
Non-load bearing block partition requirements In the case of non-load bearing partitions built on the ground-bearing slab, the slab acts as the foundation. The external foundations of low rise housing with ground bearing slabs will typically carry loads of between 20 and 50 kN/m run of wall (2 to 5 tonnes/m).
What is a non load bearing wall?
Non-load bearing walls are walls inside a property that do not support any structural weight of a building. They do not bear any other weight of the property's structure other than its own. Also referred to as curtain walls, non-bearing walls are used primarily as room dividers, and generally serve no other purpose.

Depth: Footings should extend to a minimum depth of 12 inches below previously undisturbed soil. Footings also must extend at least 12 inches below the frost line (the depth to which the ground freezes in winter) or must be frost-protected. Width: Footings should have a minimum width of 12 inches.
How thick should footers be?
Frequently a concrete footer is 20, 24 or even 30 inches wide and at least 8-inches thick. More often than not you'll see them 10-inches thick. The average foundation wall is usually only 8-inches thick (wide).
