The user interface takes some getting used to after using DocuSign for 8 years. However, the customer service is second to none and has made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for! Top notch to say the least!

I love the program as a homeless case manager, I can review information with clients, send to them for review, and signature from my office

It needs a desktop application for easier access vs going to the website all the time.

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to change PDFs and being able to electronically sign documents.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations. On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values The Duplicate Values' dialog window will open with the Light Red Fill and Dark Red Text format selected by default.
Select the range with the duplicate values (i.e. in our case the range A1:B16) Click on 'Conditional Formatting'. Click on 'New Rule'. Click on 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'. Type '=COUNT IF($A$1:A1,A1)=1' in the formula bar.
Display your report in Design view. Select the field to which you want to apply conditional formatting. Click the Format tab. In the Control Formatting group, click the Conditional Formatting icon. Click the New Rule button.
