I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price.
I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it.
It's easy to use, cheaper than the alternatives and has more options. Check out the comparison chart. It has taken away my frustration with insurance billing. It makes the process smooth and quick. I feel organized for once!

Nice experience, easy to understand my only dislike is the .45 cents fees that are deducted from your banking account during the free trial.

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

It does what it us supposed to do.

Allows splitting pdf, filling pdf documents and rearranging pages.
I have not used it for converting pdf to word so do not know how accurate it is.

How do you write a photo release?

What is an image release form?
In basic terms, a photo release form is a contract between the photographer and the client, subject, owner of something in a photograph. Release forms secure legal permission to publish images of people and property.
What should be included in a photo release form?
This type of form includes the information of both involved parties, details of the photos taken, signatures, and the date. The second kind is used for minor subjects, and must be signed by the subject's parent or guardian. This type of photo release is often called a model release form.
What is a photo consent form?
Photo Consent Form. The photo consent form is filled out by an individual consenting the release of images captured of them, or images under their ownership, to someone else. The form, aside from granting permission to the requesting party, will include a description of the photo(s) being requested.
How do you get a copyright release for photos?

How do release forms work?
As the photo at the top of this post so snarkily illustrates, release forms are essentially pieces of paper that serve to legally cover your butt. By signing a general talent release form, the signer: Waives their right to approve or disapprove of the finished product.
Is a photo release required?
Releases are generally not required from people who are identifiable in a photograph of a street or public place, provided that the photograph is reasonably related to the subject and the identifiable people are not the focus of the photograph.
Do you need to release form photography?
An image release form is required when the image will be used for commercial purposes. If so, you definitely need a picture release form. If the image is being used for editorial purposes, accompanying a news article or journalism piece, a standard photo release form isn't necessary.
