It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

How do you label photos safely?
Place the photo face down on a clean, dry surface and write with light pressure. Unfortunately, pencils won't work on the coated papers used for today's photographs. Instead, purchase an odorless (when dry), waterproof, soft-tip marker.
How do I label old photos?
Use a soft lead #2 pencil to write using very light pressure on the reverse side of the photograph. If you have a set of similar photos, write in a consistent spot such as the top or the bottom on the reverse side of the print. Some modern photographic papers are glossy or slick making it impossible to use pencil.
How do I label my photographs?
Select a photo or photos, find the “Title” field at the bottom of the screen (and also the “tag” field if you want to add tags or keywords), and type in your caption. If you later open the file in another location, that caption will travel with the photo.
How can I identify someone in old photos?
Identify the type of photograph (e.g. daguerreotype or tintype). Try to find the photographer's mark or name. Discover the location or setting of the picture. Look for period detail such as hairstyle or clothing.
What do you write on the back of pictures?
You can purchase grease pencils at craft stores for writing on the back of pictures. Grease pencils are usually inexpensive. I'd say under $1. Ink from pens contain acid, which over time, will leak through your pictures and ruin them.
