Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

Within Microsoft Windows open Internet Explorer. Select internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Content tab. Click Certificates. Select the SSL Certificate to bind to a port and click View. Select the Details tab. Copy the value of the SSL certificate's thumbprint. Click OK.
Click Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. Browse to your server name > Sites > Your SSL-based site. In the Actions pane, click Bindings. In the Site Bindings window, If there is no existing HTTPS binding, choose To add and change Type from HTTP to HTTPS.
Open your phone's Settings app. Tap Security & location Advanced. Under “Credential storage,” tap Install from storage. In the top left, tap Menu. Under “Open from,” tap where you saved the certificate. Tap the file. Type a name for the certificate. Pick VPN and apps or Wi-Fi.
Navigate to the SSL/TLS Certificates page. To the right of your domain, click the Settings button. The current certificate displays on this page. To the right, click the Add New Certificate button. On this page, select which type of certificate you'd like to change to.
Press the Windows key + R to bring up the Run command, type cert mgr. Msc and press Enter. When the Certificate Manager console opens, expand any certificates' folder on the left. In the right pane, you'll see details about your certificates. Right-click on them, and you can export or delete it.
Step 1: Host with a dedicated IP address. In order to provide the best security, SSL certificates require your website to have its own dedicated IP address. Step 2: Buy a Certificate. Step 3: Activate the certificate. Step 4: Install the certificate. Step 5: Update your site to use HTTPS.
In Windows Internet Explorer, click Continue to this website (not recommended). Click the Certificate Error button to open the information window. Click View Certificates, and then click Install Certificate. On the warning message that appears, click Yes to install the certificate.
Simply login to your hosting account's cPanel dashboard and scroll down to the 'Security' section. Blue host users will find the free SSL option by visiting My Sites Manage Site page. From here, you can switch to the security tab and turn on free SSL certificate for your website.
