The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.

All good. I do not like the stamp Verified By PDF filler that is attached. I wish you could email the complete forms from your own email address as well.

2 Answers. The band's logo can be protected by both copyright and trademark. Trademark would not apply to your personal use, because to infringe a trademark, you need to “use” the mark, and “use” in trademark law generally means selling an item that has the mark on it.
The United States trademark law as stated in the Latham Act allows a non-owner of a registered trademark to make “fair use” of it without permission. Fair use includes using a logo in editorial content, among other situations. Logos don't even need to be registered as trademarks to be protected under current law.
A trademark does not mean, however, that no one else can use your word, phrase, or symbol in connection with any and all goods and services. It means only that somebody else can't use a similar trademark with similar goods or services.
Logos: The General Rule The general rule is done not assume you are permitted to use another company's or person's logo. Third parties are advised not to use another's logo for any purpose, except as specifically provided by license, signed agreement, or other written permission with a specific company or person.
Material Alteration The United States Patent and Trademark Office defines a trademark as a design, word, phrase or symbol that distinguishes the goods and service of one company from another. This applies to logos, which can be either words or images. The practice of altering a logo is known as material alteration.
Trademarks or copyright can protect logos, and both forms of intellectual property protection restrict how others may use the logo. Selling shirts with copyrighted images isn't impossible, but you should never use someone else's logos on your T-shirts or other clothing without their explicit permission.

A logo or trademark is any photograph, word, or symbol used to identify a brand, service, or product. Other than these two instances, you should never assume you can use a trademarked logo. A person or company should never use a trademark or logo without written permission from its owner.
