I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. OK. some limitations, like I need conditional logic, so if someone checks the Yes box for a question, then require them to fill out other fields. Need this conditional logic functionality, critical for my application. Else not sure PDFFiller will be useful to us.

I'm getting used to it. When I was working (I'm retired now), I used Adobe Acrobat frequently, but now that I'm retired, I don't have the cash-flow luxury to own a version of Acrobat. So PDFfiler fits the bill most of the time. I'd have to say that I'm very pleased with the product.

I was annoyed that I had to enter credit card info for a free trial. It makes me feel as if I'm being tricked into keeping your service. Very pleased with how the product works though.

Easy to Use Online Document Filter
Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe.
There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

I do not understand how to navigate adobe, pdfFiller or and other computer stuff. I was so pleaseds when I learned how to print a WORD doc ..... Now there is so much more and I am lost!

Best and complete tool to edit PDF documents.
Editing PDF files is so simple and easy with PDF Filler like using a Doc editor. I use it everytime to edit dates and sign documents, just sign on my device with my finger so every signature is different.
They could add a tool to increase the quality or resolution of scanned PDF files.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)
