For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A high school transcript is basically a record of your academic accomplishments in high school. It lists every class you took, when you took them, and the grade you received in each class, sometimes along with additional information such as standardized test scores and any honors you received.
An official transcript is a list of the classes taken by a student, along with grades, and GPA (Grade Point Average). A transcript will list all courses and grades received, majors, concentrations, any honors, and any degrees earned by a student.
Many employers request transcripts to prevent the hiring of people with fraudulent degrees and college graduates who have inflated their GPA on their resume. If the job requires a degree, and you were hired because of your course of study, it is a legitimate request.
A: If the job announcement doesn't specify “official transcripts” then unofficial transcripts, or a copy of an official transcript, is OK (at least this is how I've understood it). If they decide to hire you, that's when they'll expect an official, sealed transcript to be sent.
Transcript/Official Grade Report. A transcript is an official copy of a student's academic record detailing the courses the student has taken and each grade received. As an important document requested by schools in order to process applications, applicants must submit their transcripts in English.
Employers often ask job candidates for their transcripts (official or unofficial). It seems to me that the only way to verify academic records would be to send the copy of the transcript they submitted to the university for verification.
Your transcript should include the following information: The name of your school. Your current GPA. All terms you attended school with the course names/codes and grades as well as total credits/hours earned. High school transcripts should also include your class rank.
There are two versions of your high school transcript: official and unofficial. Both versions contain the same information and will look the same or nearly identical, but an official transcript often includes an official seal or tamper-proof marks or is enclosed in a sealed envelope.
