I don't need legal documents very often & purchased to help a friend get through a difficult time. much better than hand writing all of the documents out. makes it look professional and I will probably use in the future as well, if needed.

I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

Some research shows that while conscientiousness predicts performance in realistic and conventional jobs, it impedes success in investigative, artistic and social jobs that require innovation, creativity and spontaneity. Interpersonal skills are another predictor of job performance.
The truth is that 100+ years of psychological research has shown conscientiousness that is, the tendency toward self-efficacy, orderliness, achievement, and self-discipline to be the best predictor of job performance.
The Big Five Personality Model explains how employees' behavioral traits can be segmented into certain personalities. An easy way to remember the five traits is to think of the acronym O.C.E.A.N. This stands for openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism.
Personal outcomes predicted by personality include subjective well-being (predicted by extraversion and neuroticism), spirituality (predicted by conscientiousness, openness, and agreeableness), and health (predicted by conscientiousness, neuroticism, and agreeableness).
The Big Five personality theory gives a simple blueprint to understanding others, improving relationships by knowing why people tend to behave the way that they do. You can even use the theory to help better understand yourself and how to get along with others better than ever before.
However, out of the five big traits' neuroticism, extraversion and conscientiousness is the most relevant to career success. It can be argued that to some extent, employee performance is predicted by personality. However, to some extent career success can also predict performance through the personality of the employee.
Compared to other hiring selection practices, personality assessments are among the least effective in predicting job performance, according to research by Frank L. But there are many popular and inexpensive personality assessments that are considered less valid for use in hiring.
The truth is that 100+ years of psychological research has shown conscientiousness that is, the tendency toward self-efficacy, orderliness, achievement, and self-discipline to be the best predictor of job performance.
