What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. For myself I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a platform that handles all your needs. That really is to say the least I have yet to unlock all the features PDF has to offer. Great app!! I like this app very much it makes keeping track of my medications, allergies, surgeries and other medical information easier and all in one place. I can just print what I need to take with me when I am going to see a new doctor for the first time. I recommend this product.

Reasonable but not fantastic Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it. The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use. Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.
