I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected!
I can sign and edit PDF files anytime, anywhere.
The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps.
Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product
