love learning everything. Problem with sending multiple pages in one email to have signed. Problems with getting the signature from the recepient because the codes don't work consistently.

Completing a permit application. Preparing a site plan for the project. Scheduling an appointment for plan approval. Getting the permit. Scheduling inspections. Complete your project and obtain final city approval.
You may think that any house plan or blueprint that is published or created by an architect, or any published building plan for a shed or garage, is automatically sufficient to obtain a permit. But your local building permit office may not approve these plans.
The Building Permit Process Contact your local building office and describe the project you want to do. If a permit is required, an application form will be provided to you that outlines the requirements for applying for a building permit. Some jobs may require multiple permits.
A building permit is required for any person or business to construct, alter, repair, or demolish any building or structure. In addition, the owner of a business may be able to secure a permit for projects costing less than $75,000.
Minor electrical work, such as replacing a light fixture or an electrical outlet, often does not require a permit. Replacing a circuit breaker in-kind will not require a permit either. Decks below a certain height (such as 30 inches) are not considered to be a safety hazard and therefore do not require permits.
Some forms of electrical work fall outside any state or local regulation. In general, homeowners can perform only the most basic repairs on their own, without any form of license or permit. This includes tasks such as replacing a light switch, outlet cover or lighting fixture.
