Firstly, log in to your pdfFiller account and find the document that you want to sign using ValidSign Consumption Information feature. Click the "Edit" button to proceed.

After the document is opened, click the "Sign" button from the top toolbar.

Select the "ValidSign" option from the drop-down menu, and then click on the ValidSign Consumption Information feature.

You will be redirected to the ValidSign portal, where you can choose the option to "Add Signer."

When signers open the email and click the link, they will be taken to the ValidSign portal to sign the document.

Once all signers have signed the document, you will receive an email notification from ValidSign.

You can then click on the "Download" button to get a copy of the signed and validated document.

I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!
