Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. Found the "filler" just in time, as I had mussed up the forms sent to me. From then on I just used the forms from the site Had never used it before. Needed government forms, and they were there by form number. Saved me from performing scanning and downloading, then uploading. Neat job.

In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts

I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

They have very quick and responsive customer service. I was greatly relieved to have my issue resolved in a very timely manner.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.
