Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

This looks like a great source. My situation become more complicated than anticipated and I had the need for an attorney. Otherwise, this would have worked great.

I love Pdf Filler. I have tried ten different products similar to Pdf Filler and none of them had the features, functionality, utility, intuitive interface, and price point. I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Should you void invoices?
As it is good business practice to keep a complete record of all transactions, invoices (and their numbers) should also be retained. Because of this, it's better to void invoices instead of deleting them.
What does voiding an invoice mean?
Voiding an invoice cancels the invoice without deleting it, thereby preserving historical information for any future audits. When you void an invoice, any settled payments will be removed, and the corresponding payment will be unsettled. Voided invoices are not included in financial reports.
How do you void an invoice on Stripe?
To void an invoice, open your invoice page and click the invoice you would like to void. From the invoice details view, click the ••• button and select the Change invoice status option. Choose the Void option in the dialog and click Update status. After you've voided the invoice, it will not be payable.
Is it better to void or delete an invoice in QuickBooks?
If you void a transaction, the record of it remains in QuickBooks but it won't affect your books. If you delete a transaction, it's entirely removed from your books and won't appear in any reports or accounts.
