Great tool for PDF mistakes Good experience, I really recommend this for people who need a PDF edit tool It' easy to use, few and useful settings that can really help fix a mistake or even save the document in a different way I couldn't find the go back tool for a minute but it's actually pretty simple and helpful

Stupid-Easy to use Very easy to get used to. This should be called PDF-Text for Dummies. I literally had this program up and running in less than 5 minutes of downloading and installing it. Wish it was a little cheaper. If you are not using it often it hard to justify the monthly cost. It may be better to go with the annual subscription instead of the monthly in some cases.

By my own ineptitude I was having trouble printing a document. I thought I had to upgrade and then found out I didn't have to. So I reached out to get a refund and keep my original subscription and got that refund in MINUTES! I am a VERY happy, satisfied subscriber! And, I'm getting better at it :)

What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to manage documents. Students are able to fill out forms with minimal instruction. What do you dislike? I would like a way to connect filled forms to student work in Google Classroom. Recommendations to others considering the product: During this time when learning takes place in a virtual environment, using pdfFiller will make assignments easier to create and to access and use by students. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most worksheets are in pdf or word versions. PdgFillet allows me to assign the worksheets, students can enter their responses without having to print form to then upload with their responses, getting the email alerting that worksheet is completed.

Are invoices legally binding?

An invoice is not a legally binding agreement—but it does serve as a record of a transaction. It's evidence a product was delivered or a service was rendered and an amount is due in return.

What makes an invoice invalid?

Missing Information: the invoice must contain all necessary information such as date of issue, invoice number, description of goods or services, price details, VAT and more. If any of this information is missing, the invoice may be considered invalid.

Is it legal to void an invoice?

Technically, you can cancel an invoice after it's been issued but before it's been paid, however it's not best practice and should be avoided, if possible. Prior to your invoices being paid, you have the flexibility to cancel or edit them, allowing for adjustments and corrections to be quickly made.

Can you retract an invoice?

Since invoices are legally binding documents, canceling them must be done correctly by issuing a credit memo. A credit memo, also known as a credit note, is a document that's issued from a business to a customer to cancel all or part of a sale.

Can an invoice be void?

You can only void an invoice that's in awaiting payment status. If an invoice is paid, you need to remove the payment before you can void the invoice.
