I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

I like the ability to send to sign documents the most. I use it in my business daily. I like the features to organize my documents and to make templates. The templates are a life saver. Also, PDF filler has a large library of documents, anyone can easily personalize templates, can prepare add signatures, dates and finalize documents all in one step, saves time, LOTS of time!
What do you dislike?
I like it all. I don't have any complaints.I have used other document signing programs and they are way more difficult to use. No so with PDFfiller. The mobile app is not that easy to use as the (desktop) version. If I had to say Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But that could be connection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a document editing tool that does everything you can think of USE PDFFILLER it ROCKS! If you need to use this product to mark up documents and sign, try this product! I like to keep everything that I do 100% electronic, so with products like this, I am able to do so.

I can get leases and contracts signed very easily. I like the ability to get clients to sign contracts and leases on their mobile phones. I now use the program Every Single Day to create, manipulate or convert files that used to sit waiting, sometimes for days at a time, to be done by the one or two people with access to more expensive and less user friendly programs. Now I have a new "can-do" attitude to the workings of .pdf files. I can't recommend this online tool enough and it's so affordable, you can buy a license to use at home. Great product, lots of advantages. You will not look back, you will not regret this purchase.

Enjoy using this software because I can type my invoices as word and then save them as PDF, and nobody can modify them. w

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

Easy and Superb!
I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.

What is an earn-out agreement?
What is an earnout? Earnouts are a type of purchase agreement where an element of the price is contingent upon the performance of the business after the sale. They are often linked to a post-deal EBITDA target, but can also be driven by revenue or other KPIs, depending on the circumstances.
How do you structure an earnout agreement?
Earnout structures involve seven key elements: (1) the total/headline purchase price, (2) the % of total purchase price paid up front, (3) the contingent payment, (4) the earnout period, (5) the performance metrics, targets, and thresholds, (6) the measurement and payment methodology, and (7) the target/threshold and
Is earnout debt or equity?
Traditional earnout arrangements typically include a future payment in cash based on a certain future metric being achieved, such as revenue exceeding a specified target during a relatively short period of time. However, earnouts can be settled in other assets or equity, and the contingency can be based on any metric.
How to record an earn-out payment?
Balance Sheet: Earn-Outs are recorded as “Contingent Consideration,” a Liability on the L&E side. Income Statement: You record changes in the value of the Contingent Consideration here, i.e. if the probability of paying out the earn-out changes, you show it as a Loss or Gain here.
Are earnouts taxed as capital gains?
Earnout payments generally are taxed as either ordinary income or at a capital gains rate, all depending on how the transaction is structured. If an earnout is deemed to be part of the compensation paid to the seller as an employee, then it generally will be taxed as ordinary compensation income.
How are earnout payments treated in accounting?
Accounting treatment of the earnout. From an auditor's perspective, payments associated with a specific post-deal period of employment of the seller will be treated as compensation. On the other hand, if payments are made regardless of the seller's employment, it could be recognized as additional purchase price.

Tax: Purchase Price or Compensation Expense? Generally, an earn-out will be treated for tax purposes as part of the purchase price. However, if the selling shareholder will continue to provide services to the company, it is possible that the amount will be considered compensation for services.
What is the accounting treatment of the earn-out arrangement?
The earnout right's base cost for tax purposes will be the value brought into account for tax in the year of the original transaction with a gain or loss arising on the difference with the amount actually received. This will be taxed in the year the earnout amount is received.
