To Whom It May Concern, I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond. I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.

Excellent features This allowed me to add to my PDFs that I couldn't before. This product saves time. I was trying to find something that lets me add a text box or even text to my pdf files. I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price. I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it. It's easy to use, cheaper than the alternatives and has more options. Check out the comparison chart. It has taken away my frustration with insurance billing. It makes the process smooth and quick. Really like the program. As mentioned. I use it to update my catalog prices and images for printing. That it allows me to erase certain parts of my document and insert others. I couldn't figure out how to add my prices to an already made catalog I use. That I have to come out of the document to look at the completed changes then go back in if it's incorrect.

What do you like best? I can easily upload any type of form and start working immediately. Forms from the web, forms from vendors, Word documents, etc. I can also easily comvert to and from pdf as the form demands. Saving the document is a breeze and it is always the last form at the top when I log in again. It even reminds me if I have already started the same form again and gives me options. What do you dislike? The log-out is sometimes too quick, especially if I get interrupted on the phone. But even then, I just log back into the site and continue. Sometimes when I convert the file is in portrait or landscape, and it takes some time to change the orientation. However, once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quickly. I like the newer version better than what I used years ago. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can quickly complete forms for employment verification, DSS forms, unemployment forms, etc. I have yet to find a form I can't complete with pdfFiller. It speeds up my day and getting things accomplished as quickly as possible. It saves me, on average, 30+ minutes for each form. Thank you for making my life easier. I am always looking for things to help me help our company and pdfFiller is one such tool.
