I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Look up the local records' website for your county court or sheriff's department. If you think there is a federal warrant outstanding, you will have to contact the federal court for your district. Call a local bail bondsman. Hire an attorney.
Yes, arrest warrants are public record which means that anyone can find out if you or someone else has an active arrest warrant. You can contact your local sheriff department, county courthouse clerk or use a public record website to check for warrants online.
You can check to see if there is a warrant for someone by going to the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System Web Portal. Once there, scroll to the “Public Web Docket Sheets" section. Change the search type to “Participant Name." You will then be directed to another page.
Most warrants do not go into the CIC. Putting a warrant into the NCIC is a policy and procedural matter. By policy, it's jurisdictional whether a given warrant is supposed to go in or not.
It is possible to extradite someone on any arrest warrant. The biggest deciding factor is whether the agency holding the warrant is willing to go to the expense of bringing you back. Any warrant entered into CIC has to be extraditable. Any warrant entered into CIC has to be extraditable.
NCIC is a computerized index of criminal justice information (i.e.- criminal record history information, fugitives, stolen properties, missing persons). It is available to Federal, state, and local law enforcement and other criminal justice agencies and is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can you get a FREE CIC background check? Yes, most non-profit volunteer-based organizations might get an FBI background check performed at the local police agency.
The Non-Existent Nationwide Criminal Check The FBI database (CIC) does not include most misdemeanors. Many records never make their way to the FBI because the records must be sent from the county to the state and from the state to the FBI, and frequently there are breakdowns in the process.
NCIC is a computerized index of criminal justice information (i.e.- criminal record history information, fugitives, stolen properties, missing persons). It is available to Federal, state, and local law enforcement and other criminal justice agencies and is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The NCIC can be accessed only by members of an approved local, state or federal law enforcement agency. Get certified to query the CIC. Requirements for certification vary from state to state. Law enforcement agencies typically will pay for employee certification.
Traffic warrants do not go in CIC. And for the most part, most arrest warrants DO NOT go into CIC. Traffic warrants stay in the Court System, which we query every time that we run a driver's license. We also have another state system for criminal complaints.
Look at the top and at the signature line to see if it was issued by a court and signed by a judge. Only a court/judge warrant grants ICE permission to enter your premises.
ICE must have a warrant signed by a judge to be allowed to enter your home. They rarely have one. Do not open your door unless an ICE agent shows you a warrant signed by a judge. O You can ask the ICE agent to hold the warrant against a window or slide it under the door.
If you're a citizen, ICE has no reason to detain you, said Ottoman, director of the university's Immigrant Justice Clinic. While citizens can't be detained, a person can be detained if citizenship can't be immediately proved with a passport, voter ID card, birth certificate or other documentation.
Ask if you are being arrested or detained. If ICE agents stop you on the street and do not have a warrant, they cannot arrest you unless they have evidence that you are a non-citizen. If they say you are not being arrested, ask if you are free to leave. When they say you may leave, walk away calmly.
