Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Great software to update, fill, and sign PDF documents.
User friendly, simple to use, easy way to make quick updates/changes to a PDF document, allows for PDF signatures to be completed, easy to make a document fillable, easy to share documents as needed.
Software can lag with larger documents, tutorials are beneficial when first learning advanced features.

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.
