I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.
