Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

Note: If the Track Changes feature is unavailable, you might have to turn off document protection. Go to Review > Restrict Editing, and then select Stop Protection. (You might need to know the document password.) To add a track changes indicator to the status bar, right-select the status bar and choose Track Changes.
Select the change you want to accept or reject. From the Review tab, click the Accept or Reject command. The markup will disappear, and Word will automatically jump to the next change. When you're finished, click the Track Changes command to turn off Track Changes.
Accept or reject all changes at once Place the pointer at the beginning of the document. To accept all changes, select Review, select the arrow below Accept, and then select Accept All Changes. To reject all changes, select Review, select the arrow below Reject, and then select Reject All Changes.
Click or tap at the beginning of the document, and go to > Review. Select the arrow below Accept and then select Accept All Changes.
Click the down-arrow under the Accept tool (in the Changes group). Word displays some different ways you can accept changes. Choose To accept All Changes Shown. All the formatting changes (which is all that are shown) are accepted.
Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Accept Change icon. Select to Accept All Changes Shown option. This accepts all the formatting changes in the document.
Open Microsoft Word. Choose the Review tab at the top of the document. Either click the Track Changes button (PC) or toggle the Track Changes switch (Mac). Make sure that you change 'Simple Markup' to 'All Markup' from the drop-down bar next to Track Changes.
