Difficult to naviagte Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad. I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared. The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

Easy and free! Have used it a couple of times to edit some PDFs. Really simple I don't know if its just me but seems like the page gets pretty unresponsive at times

The Versions feature in Word was removed in recent versions of Word. In Word 2013, the only way you can access previous versions of a document in Word is to open previous automatically saved (autosave) versions of the document. However, there is no formal versioning feature in Word.

Version Control for Microsoft Word documents Simply is a version control and collaboration tool for Microsoft Word. It automatically creates versions, shows you what changed between each version, and gives you a full history of a document.
Add a table to the front of the document that says the version, the author, a brief summary of changes in that version and the date. Versions are 0.1, 0.2 etc until such point as the document is approved. Then it becomes version 1.0. Subsequent edited versions become 1.1, 1.2, or if it's a major update, 2.0.
When you want to update the version number, all you have to do is select the Custom tab of the File Properties dialog again; where it says Properties, click on Version, and where it says Value, type the new version number. If you go into Print Preview, the field will automatically update in the Headers or Footers.
Open the file you want to view. Go to File > Info > Version History. Select a version to open it. If you want to restore a previous version you've opened, select Restore.
