I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

I liked being able to create customizable fillable forms for our company. Overall, it is easy to use and responsive. PDF filler is great for a digital signature and saves your previous signature for efficiency.
