PDF Filler is great Love this idea and functionality. Easy to use, cheap ;) and great for filling out all those touchy PDFs. I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with this software. I love it.

Open Microsoft Word software. Click on the “File” tab in the top left of the toolbar. Click on the “Develop” button in the toolbar. Click on the “Insert” button. Click anywhere on the document. Click the right button of the mouse. Click the “File” button in the top left corner of the window.
On the Developer tab, in the Controls group, click Insert, and then under ActiveX Controls, click Command Button. Click the worksheet location at which you want the upper-left corner of the command button to appear. In the Controls group, click View Code.
Click the Developer tab. In the Controls group, click the Design Mode button. In the Controls group, click the Legacy Tools button. Under Active X Controls, click Option Button.
To add a control, click in the document where you want to add it, and then click the control you want to add on the Design tab. To set properties on a control or change an existing control, on the Developer tab, in the Controls group, click Properties.
To use content controls, you must convert the document to the Word 2013 file format by clicking File > Info > Convert, and then clicking OK. After you convert the document or template, save it. Before you can add content controls, you need to show the Developer tab. Click File > Options > Customize Ribbon.
For the Word 2010, enable the developer tab from the Office Backspace. Step 3: Once you have a developer tab, locate the specific section with in the document to add the content control. From the Developer tab, select the desirable content control from the Ribbon.
