Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Anne should be commended for her high level customer service. She is a definate asset to your organisation.

What do you like best?
Making templates rewrite PDFs ease of use
What do you dislike?
Sometimes difficult to switch back to doc
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

Accept the judgement. If you do owe the money, simply accepting the judgement is likely your best option. Settle the judgement. A creditor may agree to settle the judgement for less than you owe. Challenge the judgement. Pursue debt relief.

Even after a judgement is entered against you, it is still possible to settle a debt for less than the court-approved amount. However, you may be able to negotiate a discount to the debt, in return for a lump sum payment.
Offer a specific dollar amount that is roughly 30% of your outstanding account balance. The lender will probably counter with a higher percentage or dollar amount. If anything above 50% is suggested, consider trying to settle with a different creditor or simply put the money in savings to help pay future monthly bills.
Yes you can negotiate and settle a credit card lawsuit. In some cases, if you cannot raise enough money to settle in a lump sum, you will be able to set up affordable payment arrangements to keep from being garnished, or your bank account levied.

Depending on the creditor and how much you owe, you may be able to settle for anywhere from 30% to 70% of the outstanding balance of your debt. Typically, a creditor will only consider a settlement when an account is delinquent, but you should keep in mind that they're not required to accept your offer.
