Work Hour Contract: make editing documents online simple

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a universal file format for business purposes, thanks to its availability. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they'll be readable and writable identically. PDF documents will always appear the same, whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Data safety is another reason why do we rather use PDF files to store and share personal data and documents. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve read their documents in order to track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that allows you to create, edit, sign, and share PDF directly from your browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google sheet, start editing it and add some fillable fields to make a document singable. Use the finished document for personal needs or share it with others in any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and fills out the form.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Change a page order. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with users to fill out the document and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Start with the pdfFiller uploader.
02
To modify the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and highlight, redact, or erase text in your text box.
03
Add input fields if you need any; pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Best value for this type of service hands-down. As a small business, the price-point is phenomenal! Highly recommend PDFfiller!!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The law on contracted hours Typically, your working hours will be set out expressly in your contract of employment. Your contract will usually also state how these hours are to be worked, for example, in shifts or on fixed days.
You cannot be forced to work over the number of hours in your contract and may legally refuse to do so. If you do not work the full number of hours stated in your contract (without good reason such as illness/bereavement etc) then your employer may discipline you.
Your employer can't force you to do more hours than your contract says you do, but it can, with consultation and notice, change your contract — you can either accept the change to contract, or leave (usually).
Your employer can't make you work more than 48 hours a week on average. It doesn't matter what your contract says or if you don't have a written contract. If you want to work more than 48 hours a week, you can sign an agreement to opt out of the maximum weekly working time limit.
A breach of that contract happens when either you or your employer breaks one of the terms, for example your employer doesn't pay your wages, or you don't work the agreed hours. A breach may be of a verbally agreed term, a written term, or an 'implied' term of a contract.
Can your employer reduce your hours, or lay you off? The short answer is only if your contract of employment allows it. Your employer can only lay you off or require you to go on reduced hours if your contract of employment allows it. If not, your employer will have to negotiate a change to your contract.
Unless your employment contract expressly allows unpaid or reduced pay lay-offs or short-time working, or you agree to any reduction, your employer is not legally permitted to cut your pay. Whilst your employer may ask you to change your contracted hours, they cannot force you to do so.
If your employer asks you to work fewer hours or take a pay cut, this is a change to your contract of employment. If you don't accept a reduction in your working hours or pay, your employer may decide to make you redundant.
