When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! To anyone reading this, DO NOT waste your time researching other apps, you will not find anything better then this one! I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

easy to upload signature
I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).
