One of the better document editing apps available Allows you to go completely paperless. Create pdf files from Excel, Word, etc. Merge or split different files. Offers electronic signatures. Easy to operate. Can track if the document has been viewed. The app does what it says it does but in order to use more advanced features and options, the cost can get expensive.

Select the chunk of text upon which you desire to comment. Be specific. Click the Review tab. In the Comments group, click the New Comment button. The New Comment button is shown here. Type a comment. Press the Esc key when you've finished typing the comment.
In the Microsoft Word document, find the comment you want to edit. The comment should be visible on the right side of the document. Click in the comment and edit the text for that comment.

Insert a comment (in the Revision task pane). Alt+R, C. Turn change tracking on or off. Ctrl+Shift+E.
The Alt key is used to activate the menus, then the following two keystrokes select the Insert tab and the Comment command, in turn. (You don't need to hold down the Alt key as you press the two keys after it.) The third method to insert a comment is to simply press Shift+F2.
Alt+Q, then enter the search term. To use Spell Check, set proofing languages, or to track and review changes to your document, open the Review tab. Alt+R.
Highlight an area of text and click the Insert Comment button. Type your comment into the balloon. Click the Reviewing Pane button. Changes made to the document, and the user who made them, are shown in the pane below the document.
Insert a comment On the Review tab, under Comments, click New. Type the comment text in the comment balloon. Tip: You can also turn on Track Changes, which uses revision mark to show additions, deletions, and formatting changes.
