Easy PDF completion app Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents. I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner. I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

Measure the length and width of the concrete footers. ... Find the cubic feet of your foundation walls by taking the total number of feet in length, which is 100 feet long in the above example, and multiply that number by the foundation wall height, which we will call three feet, for a total of 300 feet.
The primary consolidation settlement can be calculated from the coefficient of volume compressibility MV, which can further lead to the Young's modulus E = (1 + v)(1 2v)/[MV(1 v)], with an assumed Poisson's ratio v.
Determine how thick you want the concrete. Measure the length and width that you'd like to cover. Multiply the length by the width to determine square footage. Convert the thickness from inches to feet. Multiply the thickness in feet by the square footage to determine cubic feet.
13.3.1.1 To calculate the footing base area, divide the service load by the allowable soil pressure. Assuming a square footing. Therefore, provide 12 × 12 ft square footing. Because there is no overturning moment, overall footing stability is assumed.
A foundation costs $5 to $33 per square foot depending on the type. A poured concrete slab costs between $5 and $14 per square foot, while an unfinished basement foundation averages $33 per square foot.
The settlement of the soil layer is calculated by calculating the settlement of the individual sub-layers and adding them. In doing this it is assumed that the voids ratio and the effective stress are constant throughout the sub-layer and equal to their values at the center of the sub- layer.
Primary Consolidation. It is defined as the process in which the soil volume decreases. ... Here, e 0 is the initial void ratio, c is the consolidation settlement, are the final and initial vertical stress and H is the compressible soil height.
Settlement is the downward movement of the ground caused by a load consolidating the soil below it or causing displacement of the soil. Settlement often refers to the downward movement of the ground around an excavated space, such as that for tunnels, shafts, or basements.
The settlement can be almost instantaneous or can take years or decades to occur, depending on the underlying soil conditions and cause of the movement. Settlement is most likely to occur when increased vertical stresses are applied to the ground on or above soft or loose soil strata.
