Pretty easy to use. There is a good selection of forms to choose from. I used it to fill out CRPs for my renters. I wish you could re-open a form that you had saved and make changes to it...maybe you can, but I couldn't figure out how.

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

What do you like best?
Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

Federal law give copyright owners intellectual property rights to use their copyrighted works for a term of life plus 70 years. ... If you are caught using copyrighted material or images owned by a legal copyright owner, you may have to pay him civil damages.
In a nutshell, under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, all photographs are protected by copyright from the very moment of creation. ... In general, what that means for you, the photographer, is that your images are copyrighted automatically simply by you clicking the shutter.
Copyright will generally be owned by the photographer, but it can vary depending on factors such as employment, licensing agreements or if the photograph has been commissioned: Photographs commissioned prior to 30 July 1998 — copyright will be owned by the person who commissioned the photo, regardless of the purpose.
Once you have taken a photo, it's already copyrighted. There's no need to submit for any kind of photography copyright form that proves that. If you see someone using your photos without your permission — you have the right to sue them for photo copyright infringement.
You can use Ctrl + Alt + C to create the copyright symbol in Windows and Option + C to create it on OS X on Mac. Certain word-processing programs, such as MS Word and OpenOffice.org, automatically create the symbol when you type (c). You can copy it and paste it on the photo in the image-editing program.
Do-It-Yourself Copyright Registration Fill in the online form (between about 8 and 12 screens of information). Pay the government filing fee of $35 or $55 with your credit card. Upload a copy of your copyrighted work (many formats are supported; you can also mail it in if you really prefer that method).
Pictures, either created as artwork or taken with a camera, can have their copyrights registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. While they are technically copyrighted the moment they are created in a tangible form, registration enables protection of the work.
The standard filing fee for electronic registration is $55 for basic claims. However, the filing fee is $35 if you register one work, not made for hire, and you are the only author and claimant. To access electronic registration, go to the Copyright Office's website at www.copyright.gov.
The limit is 750 photos per registration. Be sure that unpublished and published images are not combined in the same registration. Copyright holders can upload the images using a zip file, they do not have to be uploaded individually.
Complete the application. Pay the registration fee. Upload or deliver copies of the photographs being registered (eCO allows you to immediately upload digital copies of your photographs for the registration.)
