I signed up for a free trial on pdf filler and I really liked the service, but I stopped after a week and completely forgot about it. ***** on the live chat was so kind and was able to help me refund the charges. Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
