I am pleased that I can resend my document to a recipient because I initially documented the recipient's email address incorrectly. I was able to find out how to do this with all the helpful tabs and support information
Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial… I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.
PdfFiller = The Filler of all PDF filling needs! A fine program, useful, optimal, and perfect for what it's for. Ease of use, its incredibly easy and fast for the task. Could be cleaned up a bit. Lots of options that are a bit messy.
What do you like best? I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs What do you dislike? Great website!! So far I love this service! Only had some tech issues yesterday and they were addressed quick by your tech support.
