Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.
It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.
Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.
I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. I like that making forms fillable is super easy and that the platform is affordable What do you dislike? pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me What problems are you solving with the product?
